Processing Time

Stickers and Washi Tapes Only Orders: 1-5 FULL BUSINESS days unless otherwise advertised.

Accessories Included Orders: 1- 2 Weeks unless otherwise advertised. (Majority of our paper clips and planner charms are made of epoxy resin, which requires up to 72 hours for each layer to be fully cured, and some products include up tp 3 layers, that's the reason for this longer processing time)

The processing time is extended for promotions and holidays.

Stickers Only Orders: 1-2 weeks

Accessories Included Orders: 2-3 weeks

Where can I track my order?

Tracking is NOT provided with standard shipping! Orders are shipped via Canada Post as REGULAR MAIL to keep shipping costs reasonable and affordable for everyone, which means that there is NO TRACKING NUMBER provided. We take photos of all orders before ship them out as a proof of shipment.

If you'd like to add tracking with your order, you can choose to purchase tracking at checkout.

When should I expect my order?

The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!

Estimated Shipping Time (From the date of shipment):

Canada ... 2-12 BUSINESS days

U.S. ... 4-25 BUSINESS days

INTERNATIONAL ... 6-35 BUSINESS days

What happens if my order has not arrived in estimated timeframe?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was undeliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, Please contact us and we will try our best to figure something out with you!

We have a window of 45 business days after your delivery estimate as shown on your shipping notification to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post office not being able to provide any extra assistance.

If the mail is returned to us due to undelivered, reshipment fees will be apply.

Please double check that the address submitted in your order is correct. We cannot be held responsible for lost mail due to inaccurate addresses. 

I received a wrong/defective stickers, what do I do?

We are so sorry for the trouble caused. We check our products before packing and shipping, but sometimes, we might miss something. Please contact us with you order number, we'll try our best to make things right for you.

Can I combine my orders?

Please Message / contact us for combine orders. We will try our best to help you.

Please do NOT just left a note on you later orde(s) since we won't see your notes until we started to process your later order, and normally, by that time, you former order might already be shipped out.

We cannot combine orders If your former order(s) have already been packed or shipped.

We'll refund the extra shipping cost you payed based on the actual shipping cost of your package. 

We might unable to combine orders during major promotions due to the high value of orders we might have.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations will not be permitted after 3 hours of purchase. We might able to cancel your order after 3 hours if it is not being processed, but not guaranteed. 

No cancellations during sales or major promotions.

Do you accept custom order?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom orders at the moment. But please feel free to send us stickers suggestions and we will try our best to include same or similar stickers in our future new releases.
